Welcome to Sesión, an online web application that is used to manage equestrian centers effectively and efficiently.  Sesion is developed and marketed by 501cware Inc.   By accessing or using the Sesión website or application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

Sesión Services

Sesión provides a platform for equestrian centers to manage their relationships with riders, coaches, volunteers, and their families/caregivers.  Sesión does not provide equestrian services itself and is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of the services provided by the equestrian centers on the platform.

 

Account Creation

In order to use Sesión, you must create an account.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

 

User Conduct

You agree to use Sesión only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.  You will not use Sesión to:

 

• Harass, threaten, or defame any individual or group

• Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, pornographic, or offensive

• Upload or transmit any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or overburden the Sesión website or application

 

Intellectual Property

All content on the Sesión website and application, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sesión and is protected by copyright laws.  You may not use any content on the website or application without the express written permission of Sesión.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sesión makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or application or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website or application for any purpose.  Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

 

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Sesión be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website or application.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sesión, its officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Sesión, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

501cware Inc.  reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.  Your continued use of Sesión following any changes to these terms and conditions will be deemed acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

 

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

 

By using Sesión, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use Sesión.  In addition, you agree to abide by all safety and liability regulations of the equestrian center you are associated with and to use the equipment and facilities provided in a safe and responsible manner.
